Our Journey of Engineering Excellence
Founding Mechanical Partnership
A business partnership between Mr. Edgar Sinogba and a colleague started in June 2008 at Manila, Philippines. As Managing Partner, Mr. Sinogba drove the growth of mechanical design services focusing on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The partnership agreement rescinded in December 2010.
Establishment of ESCE
Recognizing the immense potential in the fast-growing construction industry, Mr. Sinogba, equipped with perseverance and tenacity, established EV Sinogba Consulting Engineers (ESCE) in January 2011 as a One-Person Company (OPC), expanding operations across all engineering disciplines.
Multidisciplinary Global Practice
At present, ESCE delivers design, cost estimates, and consultation services in Civil, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering disciplines, alongside CAD Drafting and HVAC Testing and Balancing (TAB). Mr. Edgar Sinogba, with over 30 years of experience, provides hands-on supervision in all company operations.
